|If you are an employer who is using our services or looking to buy our services and if you have any complaints regarding our services, please email your complaints to firstname.lastname@example.org. Normally, all complaints are attended to within 1 working day.|
If you are a jobseeker and if you have any complaint with relation to accessing your account or if you have any queries related to how JobsAhead can help you in finding your next job, please email your complaint or query to email@example.com.
All emails received will normally be responded to within 1 - 2 working days.
If you are a jobseeker and if you purchased any of our premium services such as Resume Writing Service or Express Resume service or Career Astrology service and if you have any complaint with relation to the delivery of the service, you can email your complaint or query to firstname.lastname@example.org. All emails received will normally be responded to within 1 working day.
|If you have already written your complaint and if it is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate
your complaint to our Customer Service Head. Please write to email@example.com to escalate
the complaint and our Customer Service Head will personally look into all such complaints.
